Conway County Completes Strategic Plan and Movie – April 1998

Congratulations to Conway County Vision 2020 for making great progress with its visioning and planning process. After receiving facilitator training, multiple teams of two people each visited organizations all over the county, generating over 1700 ideas about how to improve the county. Four teams were then formed, and a strategic plan was developed that focused on four major areas: education, economic development, youth, and infrastructure.

In addition, the county developed a compelling video that invites citizens and leaders to talk about the future of the county. Implementation of the plan is scheduled to begin in September.
